For now, I am not using my router as my connection will degrade shortly after connecting it. I believe a new account was set up by the sales rep to churn my service for commission. To provide some context, I have been an Xfinity customer for several years in California, and recently relocated to Washington State. Traffic routed through the router (pfSense), even with VPN disabled, is extremely slow to the point where websites do not load. Some streaming videos are loading extremely slow, if at all. Regular internet browsing and streaming to YouTube TV is fine. The strange thing is, Ookla speedtest results are consistent to the service provisioned (900+ Mbps download, 40+ Mbps upload).
